These terms govern use of this website and website-based communications with Great Lakes Industrial Group LLC, doing business as Great Lakes Christmas Lights. Project-specific pricing, scope, scheduling, lease, maintenance, and warranty terms are provided separately.
Website information
Website content is general information and may be updated. Photos show examples of completed work but do not promise an identical result on another property. Service availability, design, products, pricing, and timing depend on the project and are not final until confirmed in a written estimate or agreement.
Estimate requests
Submitting a form or contacting the business does not create a service contract. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and project information. A property review, photographs, or additional details may be required before a scope can be confirmed.
Project terms
Approved estimates or agreements may include separate terms for payment, scheduling, access, materials or leased equipment, installation, maintenance, takedown, storage, changes, cancellations, and warranty coverage. If website text conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
SMS terms
If you opt in, transactional messages may include estimate, scheduling, or service communications. Marketing messages may include promotions or seasonal reminders. Message frequency varies.
